Unethical behavior

Libelous and delusional? I have documentation & copies of checks that have cleared my bank made out to John M. Carter.  If he thinks it is OK to take and or borrowed money for his own selfish gain and not pay it back, than he is the one that is delusional and mentally unstable.  Mr. Carter  filed bankruptcy and listed me as a creditor,  if he did not owe me money, why would he include me as a creditor in his bankruptcy? (Documented), in Nebraska where he previously practiced law.   Never once did I say service performed were under Consumer Legal  and I never said he performed services for me out of Alabama, those were statements made by Mr. Carter,  but he did conduct activities in me in California under the name of John M. Carter.  I too am under consideration of filing a civil complaint for libel and slander against John M. Carter.

One of the canons that an attorney must uphold is ethics.  It is unethical for a so call attorney to display this type of behavior, perpetuate lies and smear false allegations.  I stand for all victims who are subjected and preyed upon by venomous predators.  I am not a disgruntled reporter nor a liar by any means, we were taken advantage of and have the documentation to prove it.  ~Jewels

I am a principal in the company Consumer Legal Assistance Services. The person that submitted this libelous report is delusional and is an expert in confusing facts with her fiction. She was not ripped off in anyway whatsover by John Carter or Consumer Legal Assistance Services. She referenced the fact that Carter was disbarred (which is true) to rant about her accusation of losing $10,000.  Consumer Legal Assistance Service never performed any services for Sharon K. Walker or anyone on her behalf. There is no record of her or any one she is assoicated with ever contacting the company for any services. There is no record that she ever pad any money for services to be performed on her behalf. 

While she took the liberity to assert the fact that Carter was disbarred, she failed to disclosed the fact that nine months later Carter received information that exronerated him from the disbarment, which was never published in any public forum. 

Sharon Walker lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, but filed this rip off complaint as "Jewel" from "Alabama." Yet, by her own statement, she alleges that Carter practiced law in Nebraska and Iowa. There is no nexus to her or the company in Alabama. She has filed other false and libelous statements in other forums against Carter and others over the past five years. 

A civil complaint for libel and slander is currently under consideration against Sharon K. Walker and her agents and co-conspirators that perpetuate false allegations against John Carter and Consumer Legal Assistance Services, a company she has never tender any money to for any services.
