John Martin Harris, attorney at law from Stockton CA, was hired by our family to provide a family trust. John Martin Harris built the trust with the following conditions: the trust would be unamendable in the event of one of the two founding members passing. After one of the members passed, he amended an unamendable trust that he wrote.
This caused a rift in the family which ended with multiple members of the family having to hire other attornys to fight this out in court, thereby costing family members thousands of dollars because of John Martin Harris's blunder.
John Martin Harris then blames the family members for the mistake.
