a very rude dishonest lawyer

Avoid using this very rude dishonest lawyer. He seems to be a money hungry lawyer, and he's refuses to return my money to me ,for being at fault for loosing my case in court. It was his fault for loosing this court case.He didn't know how to do anything right in court, and he messed things up so bad. He didn't know a thing about bankrupcy.He knew he was stealling my money from me, and he got away with it to.As you can see on his advertising at what type of lawyer he is. Since it was his fault the lawyer should feel responsible to pay me for what he caused me to loose. It was a lot of money he caused me to loose. I request for everyone out there not to use this lawyer, Please beware your money may get stollen from you if you USE this lawyer or PAY upfront to this lawyer. And once he gets the money,he doesn't seem to care about your case anymore.

I really believe he is one of those lawyers that takes bribes .More than likely you may loose your money if you use this lawyer. My thoughts is find a different lawyer, He may lie to you just like he did to me. Don't let your money possibly get stollen from you.When you go in to talk to him,he's very rude,and tries to run you out of his office as soon as you get in his building,even his recepitionist is at times very rude. When i approched mr.john oghles seeking a bankrupcy lawyer .i had asked mr.john ogles if he was a bankruptcy lawyer,he stated yes.I pacificly stated to him that i wanted to be able to go to court and prove my side of the case, I made that perfectly clear to him. and he said ok. But instead i never got to step foot inside the court house,not one time, REASON WHY....because john ogles never gave me a court date to go to court because he claimed he never got a court date, but i got papers proving other wise that he lied. the court said he was issued a court date but he held it back from me.

SO I LOST IN COURT BECAUSE HE CLAIMED HE NEVER GOT THE COURT DATE,SO THEREFORE I WAS NEVER GIVEN A COURT DATE. I REALLY THINK HE WAS EITHER PAIDED OFF, OR SOMETHING. I took this lawyer to court,and lost my case against him ,because i was to late at sueing him,i waited to long. I would have won this case if it wasn't for being to late. And during the time that this was brought up on a suit,I started getting a bunch of restricted call about the time that mr.ogles got his notice of the suit. Then they all stopped around the court date. If this lawyer would have been truthful to me,about him not knowing anything about bankrupcy,I would have found a lawyer that did know,that goes to show you how money hungry he really is. He could do others this way also, SO PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE,DON'T GET POSSIBLY TAKEN BY THIS LAWYER. IF YOU USE THIS LAWYER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
