Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Really talked himself up in the beginning about how he is able to close deals and bring funders etc. We gave him a few deals and paid him his fee, I think like 2K upfront... He kept talking himself up and up and we got suckered into giving him another 1K, (3K Total) and he DID NOTHING afterwards... I have nothing to show for this and the man was not easy to work with either and basically told me where to go when I asked for a refund....

Finance company? I stopped doing any investments all together after John Packard ripped me off last year. I am a timeshare salesman, again DO NOT SIGN ANY OF THESE PHONY CONTRACTS WITH THIS MAN, or you will be left in the mess that I am in, being at a loss of 2,000.00.

Blake Warner Signed a Contract

This person signed a contract. He then voided it understanding that the retainer was non refundable. Out of good will and
under no contractual obligation, I committed to refund Mr. Warner the entire retainer at my discretion. He has been harrassing, threatening, and slandering my reputation despite my intent to pay the retainer back.
Because of this, I have sought legal assistence, and have been advised to cease payment until council directs otherwise.
Mr. Warner is a young hothead who runs his own finance brokering company of some sort who appears to have attempted to broker a fraudulent trading platform without a securities licence himself.

DO NOT EVER GIVE UPFRONT FEES TO ANYONE! That is my advice, ESPECIALLY not to this man John Packard. Working with him was the ABSOLUTE worst experience of my life. He seems to be somewhat qualified, however has no securities license to do anything in this realm, yet is begging people for upfront monies. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A DIME, IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION YOU EVER MADE, it was for me. : (
