John is a very tricky person. He has a knack of purchasing products or hiring services from any provider and then reporting negative reviews & bad mouth them on online as well as offline. He uses this as a technique to demean the business entity or the individual and uses it as a bargain to get what he wants, in return for removing those negative reviews. And if you do not succumb to his pressure, he will do whatever it takes to denigrate you or your business whether it's online or offline. Beware of him when you sell him your products or services because you may end up with loads of negative reviews from him even if you provide top level service/product to him. My advice to one and all is to stay away from John if you want your business to prosper so that you do not end up spending a fortune on cleaning up the dirt created by him to malign your brand or name.
