 I have been contacted twice now by Johnny Morales from Briggs law firm. They claim I have an unpaid loan out to United Personal Loan for 1250$. I have replied to them saying they are scam artist scumbags but he persists. I do not have a loan out. But he does have my social and bank account numbers. I dont have anything for them to steal and I dont believe a word he says. The claim there is a lawsuit proceeding in the judicial circuit court. They even gave a reference number. I know its fake but its annoying.
