water bill jumps up in price by $20 twice a year for no apparent reason. its higher than heck to begin with. ex.. single person in a home with no leaks whatsoever, home 3days/wk water and sewer $78. THe water is not drinkable either. only good for showers and washing clothes. some days it smells like straight bleach and others it smells like dead fish or sulphur.

when you call and try to work out your bill they are just plain rude and say the problem is all your fault. jcsud does no wrong according to them

I don't know where you get your information from, but from someone who used to work there, that is NOT TRUE! None of it is true. If you want to complain about things at JCSUD there are plenty of things to complain about, but at least keep them truthful. When you don't it just makes you look silly. I mean I am not a fan of people who work there at all, but turth is truth always. Now the original post about water bills going up, well let me tell you, regular city has been doing it as well. But what ya gonna do, we have to have water. Seriuosly though, let's at least keep it honest.

They were supposed to issue a boil order the last two years due to nitrification and low chemical levels in the water but they didn't. Terry Kelley (the GM) refused to issue it. People need to complain to TCEQ and the JCSUD water board. He uses company equipment for his personal use, and pockets cash. He has installed camera with voice in all the rooms to listen to what employees are saying. Ronnie Nichols goes along with these illegal procedures. He also verbally abuses the employees and is inappropriate with the office ladies. He curses at employees (ladies included) and tells them they don't know what they are doing. The water board need to be notified off all these things. If you are in JCSUD please call them go to a meeting and force them to take action against these people. Maybe then your price can go down. Oh btw the rules don't apply to everyone. If you have a money you are allowed to have break laws and Terry Kelley will  look the other way. Take Action NOW!
