The Joint Regional Intelligence Center ("JRIC") is largely an unregulated backyard operation. The JRIC is a fusion center between the Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") and the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI").

However, not one law enforcement entity oversees or regulates the JRIC. On a few occasions, I have called to speak to the JRIC, and they sounded extremely defensive when I asked what they do in their day-to-day operations.

One response they gave was that they "assist law enforcement". This is true. The JRIC engages in illegal felony stalking to fuel the personal vendetta of local law enforcement officers by engaging in obsessive, extreme, and mentally ill organized stalking. In turn, corrupted local law enforcement officers cover-up for the stalking activities.

The clandestine nature and lack of any oversight or regulation allows the JRIC to engage in illegal felony stalking without being subjected to public scrutiny.

Law enforcement officers engaged in the criminal stalking are trained and train others to "gaslight" complainants of the stalking by denying the existence of the stalking. This is because the stalking crimes perpetuated by the JRIC are so extreme and outrageous that laypersons, uninvolved in the stalking, find it hard to believe that anyone could engage in stalking so obsessive and so extreme.

Law enforcement officers engaged in the stalking use the JRIC to commit crime on their behalf.
