Ordered a "The North Face" Denali jacket, i couldn't have been a worse counterfeit! Wrong size, ill fitting, poorly made. When I contacted them regarding a refund, they gave me instructions. I sent it back, with tracking, then when I contacted them THREE WEEKS LATER they replied that they never received it. Never responding to subsequent attempts to contact them. Do not buy from this website!
