I was very surprised to see Troy Jolley in the water industry again after ripping off so many clients in the past as well as multiple business partners he has a file a million miles long on his troubled history. Stay away from him and any of his affiliates he is trouble I noticed he still does not have a business in his name he uses other people wives partners mother in laws to do that for him. He gave me a run for my money and he will you too. He likes to blame everyone else for his mishaps. Again surprised he is in business again after what he did to my family and many others.
