JOLLYBD*Martingenova asked to complete a survey while ordering on line for a free gift. Asked to authorize $5.00 for shipping. They deducted 98.87 from my credit card and planned to do it every month stating it was in fine print. Florida

Completed survey on-line where you were offered a free gift. They then asked for shipping authorization of $5.00. They billed credit card $98.87 after sending an inferrior piece of jewlery. When I called company they first told me it was not fraud and then proceeded to place me on eternal hold. Never cam back to phone. The woman said I would get a shipment monthly which I never authorized.
