I signed up with Floatie King for custom floatie for a big project, we talked to Mr. Johansson long hours to be sure everything will be perfect.I was once again looking around the web and stumbled upon this company. Looking for info, I filled out the contact page and within minutes my phone rang. I explained my trepidation and did not want to have to do anything myself. I signed up for $4,500 project.Fast forward to a few weeks later when they were supposed to send us the prototype.
We received a tracking number, but nothing arrived. We tried to call, but nothing. No answer via email or phone.We gave them the benefice of the doubt, but its been more than 1 month and still no communication. We are filling a complain with the police to get our money back, but as we are a company based outside of the USA I dont kow if we will see our money again.
Stay away from this company and Mr Jonas Johansson.
