We have worked on over 200 dates with the Bully Proof Tour ahd have seen all the actions of Mr. Welch. The accusations Mr. Welch are making are defamatory, without merit, and tell a warped one-sided point of view from someone with questionable character at best.

Mr. Welch represented that he was in great standing with Starwood Properties and can also assist in tour accomodations, tour sponsorships, and savings for a very budget concsious tour. Unfortunatly, Starwood Properties, did not have Mr. Welch in good standing and Mr. Welch's representations were unfounded and knowingly fraud.

From our current knowledge and interviews by investigators, there are many more that share this story. It was to much dismay and thousands of dollars of tour expense overages that Mr. Welch was directly responsible for that Mr. Forster had to dismiss Mr. Welch immediately for misapporpropriation of funds, fraud, credit card fraud, and other unprofessional activities.  

Mr. Forster has contacted the proper authorities on this matter including the LAPD, American Express, and the Sr. Vice President of Star Wood Properties, where the credit card fraud was focused on. All of these parties are aware of Mr. Welch's activities and were aware of his patterns previous to Mr. Forster's business relationship. Mr. Welch has since been unavailable for comment.  The infamous "council" that Mr. Welch was referring to, Mr. Bruce Nahin, is additionally someone who is not an actual legal authority but a disbarred attorney who was sentenced to jail for various activities. http://da.co.la.ca.us/mr/archive/2004/012904b.htm

Jonnie Forster was Davion Farris manager and they had a following out as he no longer represents Davion to my knowledge he fired Jonnie Forster as manager and moved on to bigger and better things.

Mr. Forster failed to honor www.heelhop.com agreement as well. I personally set up  the Amazon account and was the Super user and owner of Amazon Store Market place. Upon Mr. Forster being contacted by Council he then changed the passwords trying to be sneaky.  I would advise that he settles his outstanding balance with Asia Products Netowrk, Inc and reset the passwors immediatley.
