I purchase a 2004 BMW 330CI from Jordan Auto Sales Inc. Jordan Automart, Jordan AutoMaxx. I purchase this 2004 in Oct 05, 2011. Jordan sold me this auto with no passing emission! I took the 2004 BMW 330CI back to the dealer to replace my brakes and radio ENGINE LIGHT, DOOR LOCKS and tires which Hesham Almuswey the general manager inform me to do so. A week later Hesham Almuswey stated to me to come pickup the 2004 BMW 330CI. I took my 2004 BMW 330ci to the BMW dealer to check behind the dealer. Nalley BMW stated I needed brakes tires and more which included over $4,500 worth of work on the 2004 BMW 330CI. Hesham Almuswey stated to me that it was a 30 day warranty on the 2004 BMW 330CI. I sued Jordan Auto Sales Inc. which that is the name that is listed with the state. Hesham Almuswey came to Dekalb county court house and stated to the judge that Jordan Auto Sales Inc. is no longer in business and they are know as Jordan Auto Maxx, but they are register with the state under Jordan Auto Sales Inc. I called Hesham almuswey  at the convington hwy location and he stated that he will pickup the 2004 BMW 330CI to get repaired. Hesham Almuswey sent a repo company to pickup the 2004 BMW 330CI and stated that he took it to the BMW dealership in Marietta,GA. I called the BMW dealership several times to check the status on the 2004 BMW 330CI and the service advisor stated the 2004 BMW 330CI was never there. Hesham Almuswey and Ali Hawwaii was going to put me into another car. I went to the Jordan Auto Mart location at 7209 Tara Blvd Jonesboro, GA 30236 and spoke with Ali Hawwaii regarding my 2004 BMW 330CI. Ali Hawwaii stated to me to give him $3,000 for a new engine and if I don't give him that money he will keep the 2004 BMW. Please remember the car was sold to me without a passing emission!
