Jorea Mcnamee-Bount a realtor/investor in the State of Delaware contend that the house she sold us was in ok condition. However, four months after we settled in the home we found out we have foundation problems. My husband and I feel like we wasted good money. Our home inspector stated everything was fine so we closed on the home. This lady seem to be nice and upstanding person but I feel cheated. She claim to have sod homes for more than 30 years so she should hve known the foundation was going to crack. I have schedule an appointment with a real estate agent to see if we can sue her and the previous owner as well. This is ridiculous!
