Jose Hernandez Ripoff committing online auction fraud El Paso Texas

NOTICE: There are other individuals with the same name as the individual I am reporting on. Please be advised this report is against the individual at the specified address only.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
This individual pretended to sell items on the auctions website during the month of June, 2005. I was one of the potential buyers. I did not receive my item, nor was I able to contact the seller ever again after he cashed my check. The amount I sent him was quite high!
I went back to the auctions. website and left negative feedback after waiting for the item almost 25 days... other individuals who bought items during the month of June also left feedback claiming the same complaint. ITEM NOT RECEIVED>>SELLER WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS.

Please note.....if you buy from someone at an online auction, please make sure you are not sending your money to the address listed on this site.

Also, this seller claimed he does not use escrow services or paypal because HE has been ripped off. That is just a ploy to get you to send the money by check as he asked me to do. IN this way, the seller has more opportunity to rip people off. With an escrow service...he quite simply would not be paid and with paypal, he would end up with a terminated account...so checks directly to him is an easier way to make a lot of money from many different buyers at the same time quickly.
