On craigslist in the month of January/12 Mr. Jos Snchez put a notice asking investors for your business of Deliverys of flowers for the company, 1800flowers and giving its investors a return of 25%. Do Additionally I offered the possibility of a brand of tools (husky) that this represented po IronBridge, and which according to the? the franchise had to be distributed in South America. In this way I earn my trust and others to be able to achieve its objective, to collect a very large capital and cheat us and disappear with the money...
In my personal case I steal more than 15,000 dollars and a friend who is a Colombian businessman of the hardware sector about 11,000 dollars Currently this disappeared and does not have information of the whereabouts of the Sandra Banol wife and their 3 children...
He uses several names to make their crime, Jose Gaviria, jose soto, Oscar a. etc Snchez and Jos Snchez as know him.Currently what is known has cheated or stolen in more than $230,000 dollars...And has not paid the Deliverys to people who participated in the distribution of the flowers in the 13 may in the area of Broward...
En craigslist en el mes de Enero/12 el Sr. Jose Sanchez coloco un aviso solicitando inversionistas para su negocio de Deliverys de Flores para la compania 1800flowers y ofreciendo una rentabilidad del 25 % a sus inversionistas.
Adicionalmente me ofrecio la posibilidad de comercializar una marca de herramientas (husky) que esta representada po IronBridge, y de la cual segun el ? tenia la franquicia para ser distribuida en Suramerica.
De esta manera gano mi confianza y la de otras personas para poder lograr su objetivo, de reunir un capital muy grande y estafarnos y desaparecer con el dinero...
En mi caso personal me robo en mas de 15.000 dollares y a un amigo que es un empresario Colombiano del sector ferretero unos 11.000 dollares
Actualmente esta desaparecido y no tenemos informacion del paradero de el y de la esposa Sandra Banol y sus 3 hijos...
El utiliza varios nombres para hacer su delito, Jose Gaviria, jose soto, Oscar A. sanchez etc y el de Jose sanchez como lo conozco.
Actualmente de lo que se conoce ha robado o estafado en mas de $230.000 dollares..
Y no ha pagado los Deliverys a personas que participaron en la distribucion de la flores en el pasado 13 de mayo en la zona de Broward..
