Joe signed and agreed to a two-month sublease of a property. He paid the first rent installment, did not pay the last. After receiving polite requests to pay, I discovered that he blocked my phone number, ceased responding to emails, and violated our sublease agreement. The furnished home was left in very damaged condition. Do not enter into contracts with him of any kind- he is a monster.

This sucks because my name is Joseph Blanco. I was a victim to Identity theft. I have never signed a 2 month sublease. This is not cool because if someone googles my name your. misfortune effects me. Ill pay you just to remove this because Its embarrasing.
