Joseph Chevrolet Outlet we bought a truck and our bank over paid them and now its up to us to get the difference refunded back to us. well they act like we dont exist now that they have our money the scum bags could care less Ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

Our bank paid too much to Joseph Chevy Outlet when we bought our truck. We were then told that Joseph outlet would send usa refund. I thought no problem. Right!The salesman Dwayne could care less. He wont return my phone calls much less anything else. I guess Joseph needs our $87.00 more than we do.

They Paid Finally!!!

After 4 emails many phone calls and 2 months of waiting the secretary of Ron Joseph came thru for us. And it wasn't $87.00 ,it was $186.00. How 'bout that!We souldn't have had to wait period.They said they thought THEY mailed out the check with the memo title.THEY ,The controller,whoever that is,made us wait,so they could put a stop payment on a check that was never written or mailed. Well,we got the money,we spent the money! All is well.
