Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Loan was funded with higher interest rate and not the terms we signed. Charged fees to ALG Capital amounted to 24 times what showed on Good Faith Estimate. Numerous bogus charges that amounted to additional fees were charged.
On top of that, the loan got funded but we have not received the borrowers proceed. We were charged interest way before funding. Loan was transfered to another mortgage company 13 days prior to signing with the first mortgage company.
Settlement Statement and Loan terms were conveniently ommitted from borrowers copy. But per Clora Vernon of Virtual Escrow all papers were signed
as funded.
