as per advise of my 'legal' team'  i decline to give any honor.answer or attention to this strange ,odd and misleading person...

I'm sorry to hear that you too got scammed by this supreme master of the art. He cares nothing at all about any of his "clients"; he only wants their money. Nicoletti can't produce any proof what so ever of anybody he has truely helped in the music bussiness. He is nothing but lies & hustle, always requesting that the money be sent Now, ASAP or he may drop you! He led me on in ways only a pro scammer could do- all bullshit!!!

I wonder what his wife & kids think of him? Stay away from Nicoletti but let it be a life mission to bring this con man down to his knees, as he finally feels the heavy karma he has created for himself. You'd think a professional would be able to type correctly in his emails & rebuttals online, but Nicoletti displays a very red flag in this area, like some uneducated dude working out of an apartment and his car with a cell phone.

I'm not going to go back and forth with you Sir.Joseph. You know exactly what happend and what you did!! Since our initial conversation, I have never been disrespectful, ill-willed or even slightly abrasive. My last response to you was very aggressive; only because you made me take money away from my family when I informed you that I was on my last leg with them. I can't believe you have the nerve to say I was insufficient in funding you. Joseph, I still have my receipts from putting the money into your account. hahahhahah.. Time out!! Why on earth am I waisting my precious time speaking with a Scam Artist!!!!

Never again!!!!  From now on You'll be talking with yourself!!!!

this so called client was dropped for his verbal abuse and non payment ,...though he has a talent his personal communications skills are quite lacking, never mind having no manners he pretends to know everything about the talent and music business and has a very short fuse. i've been in the music,film publishing business for over 30 years. see my reputation on linkedin and also you may call me. he is a very unreasonable person just as soon as he was asked to pay his balance due. he then got very abusive as to all the dues he has paid in his life. i rest my case.
