Joseph S Maginn Heating & Cooling Maginn Heating and Air Fraudulent, rip off, do not use New Jersey

Please do not use this man.  He came out to my Long Valley home while I was at work and met with my 80-year-old mother.  Charged her $300 for basically showing up. He then told her the humidifier was "fried" and it needed immediate repairs to the tune of $1,500.  Made it seem very urgent or more damage would take place. Fortunately I saw the other reports about him and called Black River Heating and Cooling instead.  They said it was just a broken thermostat.  Minimal charge.  He is obviously a con artist.
