Josh's Used Tires and Wheels Josh and Triston Charged a huge price for work not done. I have statements that works wasn't done. Cedar Park, Texas

I went to get 2 used tires, Josh's told me I had to have new brakes, brake line, flush the brakes, new rotors, new studs. None of this was true and worse yet none of it was done. They did put 2 tires on that went flat the following day. I have 2 different reputably mechanics statements that the work was never preformed at all. The brakes were not replaced or flushed and the brake line was not replaced. The rotors were not replaced. The lug-nuts they say the had to torch out was a lie and was not done. The destroyed my rim and it wasn't even necessary.

I was never given a quote, though I asked many times for one. The full charge was $931.15 for work they never even did. They need to have criminal charges brought against them. I found out early the next morning with the 1st mechanic that the work hadn't been done when I called my road side assistance to put my spare tire on. Then took my car to Local reputable mechanic and got it all in writing with pictures or each item that was not done.

I witnessed Josh pocket money and write a n/c on the ticket. I watched him scam most of the people that came into his shop because I wouldn't leave my car so I was there for 10 hours, just watching. Josh's Used Tires and Wheels must be put out of business as scam artists. I need someone to help me do just that. I have all the facts to support my claims.
