I had opened a lay-away account with Joshua tice who at the time was co-owner of southern furniture direct in colonie ny.I paid over 500.00 dollards for some furniture and never got the furniture because with out any notice,they shut down and moved away.they did not contact me in anyway nor did they leave a forwarding address or phone number.I tract mr. tice to weekenders furniture in syracuse ny.I tried to talk with him and he is trying to act like he dosn't have anything to with this matter.He is liar and a thief and I want my money back.Now he is in syracuse trying to rippoff someone else.He needs to be stopped.

Weekenders and Josh did not take his money

Weekenders Furniture did not take Earl's money. Earl bought his furniture from Southern Furniture Direct in Albany NY where josh worked. He is now my business partner at weekenders furniture. Earl had not made a payment on his lay-a-way in 2 months at the time SFD closed. Earl sent us a copy of his receipt and we told him we would get the furniture from the manufacturer for him (we sell furniture from the same company). He just wants his money back. THe money he did not pay to us at weekenders furniture. he still owes a balance on his furniture. Earl can pay his balance and receive his furniture, but we will not just give him money. We do not have the money to give him, and he did not give us any money in the first place. Earl has been told this 3 different times.
