i had written jostens jewlery in reguards to re sizezing my ring. now i paid for a lifetime warrenty and they are wanting to charge me a arm and a leg to resize it. granted i graduated in 1985 but lifetime is a lifetime. if i am not correct.
the people i talked to there were rude and would not give me their names. and i say names cause i went to the manager. i feel as though i bought something that dont mean anything.
i dont want a new ring, i just want it resized. come on people

A warranty is usually a guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship that causes the ring to break or the stone to drop out. I don't think it covers re-sizing. Why would they guarantee you wont need the ring to be re-sized?
Are you sure re-sizing is in your contract?
