Joy Jewelers Baby earrings advertised as CZ stone, but is only painted glass Torrance California

Ordered baby earrings with CZ stones.

Not CZ, they are painted glass (what we used to call "paste").  CZ stones are never painted (they don't need to be).

When confronted, I was first told that the stones were CZ.  

They asked for pictures and I sent very clear ones, showing the paint on the backs of the stones, along with the screen print showing CZ as the stone description.

I was then told that this was a "feature" of the stones.

When I requested a full refund, claiming false advertising, they refused saying I would have to pay freight to me and back to them.

Do not trust their descriptions, and get a screen print before you order!!
