Joyce Wood Chowning is a lazy worthless deadbeat mom that kept her house in such poor shape, the state of Indiana took her 2 children away from her and put them in foster home care, and were forced to put her 8 year old son in a state mental hospital, because of mental trama he suffers as a result of his upbringing in filthy disgusting living conditions. Joyce Chowning has never held a job longer than one week, and refuses to find a job, and insists on living off OUR tax dollars, not to mention she is a dirty gross stinkin crackwhore of a mother and a liar to anyone she has contact with. Her husband, Gilbert Chowning is only with her for one thing, and to be supported by her welfare check. He owes thousands of dollars in back child support, yet somehow slips through the system. Stay far away from these cheaters and liars!!!

Really why whould you post something like this on a website... I think maybe you need to get your facts right before you go and post something... I am the oldest daught of Gilbert Chowning and Joyce (my step-mother) Did Not lose my brother and sister to the welfare. My brother went to a boys home because he wouldnt listen. He would act out in rude,harmful ways. My sister never went to a foster home. As for her never holding a job your wrong. She's held several jobs but with my fathers heath declining she was forced to quite to help take care of him. As for my father being a dead beat and only being with joyce for one reason your dead wrong there too. My father gets his own check thank you. He's been with joyce for MANY years and doesnt need her money. You really need to get your facts straight and stay out of others lifes really..... This is extrimly rude to my family and i think you need to keep your nose to yourself!
