Joys Toys Ordered two items-- account was charged and even received a follow up e-mail that said I would have my items by Christmas and still don't have these items! Tried to contact them on Facebook and was blocked and my messages on the page erased. Charged my account and still dont have delivery of merchandise Internet

Charged my card and after several e-mail attempts i received an e-mail reply stating i would have my items by Christmas-- (Still dont have them) and so i commented on the facebook page and was blocked-- asked numerous times fo rthe merchandise or a refund.
