July 2015 I moved from trinity apartments in irving texas. I am owed a refund of $655.99 per my deposit statement received from the apartment complex. I have been calling, emailing, going to the location as well as doing the same with JRK ,and I have not gotten a call or email returned. It has been 5 months since I moved and have been trying to receive my money back.

Contact the Consumer Protection Division of your State's Attorney General's Office.  If you are owed money, they have far exceeded the legal timeframe.
