I applied for a job posting on Craigs list. I recieved an email stating they wanted to interview me but first I had to fill out a form. In it they wanted a credit report and I checked the box that said I already had one. I had been scammed like this before. I could not continue the form without requesting a free credit report through their website.

It was several months ago but I will to find the add. It was your name and a website using your name. Was it you? I cant prove it because the website and add were not legit. If someone was using you firms name then I would investigate it further. You might want to contact Craigs list but it was the name you are using. I copied it into my statement to make sure I had it right.

The information in this complaint is inaccuate, as the subscriber appears to have targeted the wrong company. JRW Property Management has never advertised for employment in Craigs List, leaving us to believe that the subscriber has either mistakenly named our organization, or is reporting a false claim. We demand that the subscriber provide proof of the advertisement in Craigs List, along with the circumstances described in their post. JRW Property Management is a subsidiary of JRW Enterprises & Associates, Inc., and hereby rebuts this false complaint.
