JS Marketing Bought some dvds from them they didnt work was told I could return the merchandise for a full refund they have the merchandise but i still havent received my refund. Internet, Ontario

I ordered several dvds from this company. When my dvds arrived I checked them out, two of the sets I ordered worked fine but the one set did not play at all.
I contacted a lady by the name of Tracy Wallace and she told me I could return the merchandise for a full refund or I could keep the product and get an 80% refund. I explained that I would be sending them back because I had no  use for them since they did not play.
I sent out the merchandise and notified Tracy and even gave her the package number and she said she would process the refund right away.
That was back in May and I still havent seen a refund and now they will not even answer my emails to them.
