Went online for a copy of a birth certificate and saw easybirthcertificate.com for a charge of only $19.99. Turns out that the charge is only for a link to a free website which I had already been to. I was ording 2 copies so have been ripped of to the tune of $39.98 by jts and associates, which appears to be the ownwe of the site. I should have realized right away it was a scam, but did not. I have already contacted Pay Pal to to report the incident, but would be very surprised if they do anything to get my money back.
