I paid $39.98 for a birth certificate from jts and associates. They provided me with a link for vitalchek.com. I paid another amount of $45.75 to vitalchek.com. My payment to jts and associates was fraudulently collected and no birth certificate was delivered. Further, upon inspection, I learned that one can go directly to Vitalchek.com without needing a link from jts and associates and without paying the extra $39.98. I have learned that this is a common practice by jts and associates, and it appears quite deceptive. They make people think that they will provide the birth certificate, but they just provide the link to a another legitimate website who actually does the service.
