Juan Contreras/landscape scam Plain and simple..... Contracted juan to do a parking pad on our property. He dug out the space in October 2014. We gave him $720.00 cash to buy the materials. He gave one excuse after another. He's calling, he's coming to finish the job, he has an invoice for materials. Nothing ever came of it. He did come for about a half hour to dig out some more but that is all. We gave him the date of January 17 to finally complete the job or we would file a small claims court petition for money owed. I finally googled his name and came upon ripoff report and saw that others had the same dealings with Juan Contreras. Is there justice? I would like to know if any others have ever recovered their losses . I did see that one gentleman recovered his saw. I would like to hear about the best way to proceed. I'm still hopeful that jan 17 will see an end to this. I have sent juan the ripoff report articles. Bridgeport Pennsylvania

Juan Contreras never completed the parking pad job. We thought there may be a chance but never happened.
He will not follow through and cannot keep his word.
Finally had to contract with another landscaper.
Too bad we had to learn the hard way!

As stated in my last report, Juan was supposed to complete the job he started by January 17.
He did not....
He gave a few solutions but still did not follow through.
Still waiting for job to be finished.
