Today I was scheduled with the Texas Workforce Commission for an appealed hearing. I had 13 other previous reps on the call prepared to testify as to Jubilee normal business practices as far as not paying anyone there backlog in commission once they have left. I was told by the hearing officer that Jubilee requested a postponement. They were granted the delay. I still have not recieved the letter from TWC that they approved a post-poned hearing. This has been very frustrating. Jubilee has put me and 13 other previous employees off, some for over 11 months, and some for 5-7 months. I have a family to feed, and I worked very hard when I was there, I have a 6 month old little girl named Grace and a 3 year old little boy named Ethan. My wife and I have been married for 11 years and have never went through an experience like this. Do you have any attornies that would consider my case along with the 13 others. One man had child support taken out of his check by Jubilee and Jubilee never sent the $$$ to the Child support agency. He resides in Colorado, one state in which Jubilee resides. It is a felony there to do what they did to that man.
I want revenge, this company is screwing more than just my family. I have the name and numbers of thirteen previous salesmen and salesmanagers and a national salesmanager with similar stories.
