Judge Hall Ripped off all morrow county. Supreme Court response that he could not employ his wife, but he did Mt. Gilead Ohio

Supreme Court response that he could not employ his wife,but he did and on July 23,2002, he placed her on indefinite leave of absence. She was still there in November of 2004. Don't know if she still is or how much pay,benefits or vacation she received, although it is public record and you should check out the "Open letter to the voters of Morrow county" in the Nov.1 edition of the Shoppers Compass.
