JUDGE WILLIAM J. KENT III, SUPREME COURT JUDGE SUFFOLK COUNTY HOW MANY CHILDREN WILL THIS JUDGE RUIN OR TRY TO RUIN BEFORE HE IS REMOVED FROM THE BENCH? Central Islip New York

It is often said that WHEN YOU HURT A CHILD, YOU INJURE THE WHOLE WORLD.

Judge William J. Kent III has injured so many families and litigants and children while on the bench in Supreme Court in Suffolk County, New York at 400 Carleton Avenue, Central Islip, New York 11722 that it is impossible to keep track. He has destroyed many lives, in actuality, or destroyed them by killing their spirit; many litigants were once just hard working, honest people.

Moreover, it is impossible to know how Judge Kent and Matthew sleep at night and live with themselves.

Why have there not been more complaints?? GOOD QUESTION!!!

First, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct has not done anything to this Judge or some others that have a multitude of complaints.

Perhaps the political party that put the Judge in somehow protects him.

(That is another story for RIP OFF how Judges are elected in Suffolk County New York; they are cross endorsed by many differing political party leaders, and the same person often runs on the Democratic, Republican, Conservative, Working Family and Libertarian ballot.)

Second, the "nominal" groups that are there to help the public supposedly, have found a way to make money off people's suffering. They are worse than the Judge. They have their own agenda which is to put their own people into office and gain control and they use dysfunctional and ignorant people to make noise.

Third, people are afraid. This Judge is malicious and vengeful. Therefore, only the really strong spirited and upright or evil and emotionally distraught people fight against this Judge and Matthew because the others just try and walk away and move on with their lives.

Fourth, when the media comes in to expose anything about improper actions, they back off or are some how related to the Judiciary. The media does not get to see what goes on in the backroom and the Judge behaves in front of the media.

Fifth, many people, who awful things happen to, are horrible people in the first instance - scam artists, criminals, abusers, and deadbeats - and - so - noone cares. The quiet honest hard working people with work ethics usually just quietly walk away and move on. So it looks like all those the Judge injures are scam artists, abusers, and deadbeats and that they deserve it. And if the people are not scam artists, or abusers, or horrible people, this Judge and Matthew will try and make those people look horrible to the outside world. He turns person against person.

OCCASIONALLY you have an HONEST person who is hurt by the Judge in the Court system and will stand up; or even if the person is dishonest, their children are hurt and after all they deserve a chance in life so they stand up; however, usually their fight goes no where and the conduct and actions of this Judge William J. Kent III and Matthew M. Deedy that are so abhorrent and shameful as to shock the conscience in some instances continues.

There have been paupers, that the Judge and Matthew make fun of; the disabled that cannot even collect Social Security Disability because they have never worked, that the Judge does not give something for them to live on. The Judge impugns a person's reputation for fun, and sets off the mentally ill suffering from bi-polar or borderline personality disorder in such a cruel way that they can never recover.

Those people have children that are ruined or at least scarred for life.

We, and particularly the Judiciary, are supposed to help the least of our brothers and sisters.

Thus, this is a societal issue. It is time that our legislators take a look at the ingenious way this Judge ruins dysfunctional or emotionally upset people.

Those that the Judge and Matthew have ruined in turn ruin others and their children, and the vengeful spirit lives on and on.

This Judge and Matthew should change and become resolvers; and leave the malice at the Courthouse door. Or they should leave the Courthouse.

The Judge almost never comes out on the bench for a conference and holds all conferences in the back room with Matthew M. Deedy, who is more malicious and vengeful, than the Judge.

The forensics -- supposed neutrals and independents ---the Court appoints for business or child custody are horrible and so are the Law Guardians this Judge appoints. Ask to visit your Law Guardian's home to see how he or she lives and ask to see their children to see how they behave. The law guardians and forensics do not try and get help for any people that need it, it is merely a way for these people to make money. Those that need a mental health evaluation do not get it and are made fun of, and who suffers? The children.

A GOOD JUDGE APPOINTS GOOD PEOPLE TO ASSIST HIM!!!

We the public are being "rip off ed" as there is no Justice in Supreme Court Judge William J. Kent III Courtroom in Suffolk County and our tax dollars are paying for the Judge and Matthew.

RIP OFF at the Supreme Court in Suffolk County New York.
