Judging office and distribution center Send me a letter staying I won $1,325.000 Nationwide

I received a letter in the mail by award notification commission stating I won $1,325,000.00. That I had to choose wether I want it in a large sum of $1,325,000.0â€Â or $2,000,000.00 disburses annually by a Check of $66,666.66 and that they wanted me to send them an acquisition fee of $12.99 payable to the office of ANC. Being someone who just lost their job and financially struggling I was excited for 5 second upon reading the letter. Until I saw they wanted me to send them $12.99 first. These people who sent out letters to people like me should be held accountable for their actions. Scamming is not ok and they should be punished to the extent of the law.
