I am assuming that someone may be using my name and calling people with this scam.  Obviously it could be someone that I have reported to the State for lying to timeshare Owners. It could be one of the companies that has been arrested for scamming people.  I am sure it is not one of my clients so it could be someone I fired from my office.  This is a warning to anyone who reads this.  NEVER pay an upfront fee of anykind to sell your timeshare.  Deal with a licensed real estate broker.  The person making these false claims could go to the board of realtors and have my license revoked if they really had a claim.  Dealing with unlicensed people is the problem in the resale timeshare market.  When you deal with me you can go to RE/MAX, you can go to my local board of Realtors, you can go to the National Association of Realtors, you can go to the Licensed Timeshare Resale Brokers Association and really deal with me.  If you were real that is what you would do.

I have NEVER charged an upfront fee.  I have specialized in  Hilton resales for eight years. I am in the e process of obtaining a subpoena to find out who the individuals are that are reporting this nonsense.  Unfortunately this site does not confirm these reports so I am not sure if they confirm who is putting them on  the site.  The only other complaint this person could have found is the one on this report.  I have offered to triple the person's money who made the report if they could show me where I was paid money by them.  Obviously since they are a liar and fake I have heard nothing from them.
