Consumers are ripped off because people with little to no business acumen start a debt help company to make money (Which proves you can help yourselves you dont need boiler room monkeys to help you for fees of $3000-$7000, BEFORE they even help you.

People such as the starter of this post, is whats wrong with businesses, any idiot forms a company, services consumers, and bends every rule to make money because they lack the knowledge on how to build a solid brand and solid company that actually helps people. I have heard that less than 15% of people they enroll actually get help. The average person is charged $3,000 UP FRONT but they only help 15% and offer no money back for services not provided.
