I bought a property through Colwell Banker La Costa in Aria Ocean a few months ago. The agent's name was Julian Squire, and he seemed reasonable at the time. As soon as I bought the property wanted to move there immediately. But sadly, after a week that I was there, many problems started with per property. There was a bug infestation and broken pipes inside the wall. He never disclosed this information and charged me as if the property was in perfect shape.

A neighbor told me that I needed to check the paperwork because there was some trouble with it in the past. In fact, the property was under another name.

I tried to contact Mr. Squire, but he blocked my calls and avoided me.

I still can't believe how this is possible. I've been scammed!
