This is a four unit apartment and in these units are no working furnaces whatsoever in the homes. The land lord makes you buy eletric and kerosene heaters which poses danger to your health and has no intentions on fixing the problem. When the tempereature is cold out side with these old school one pain windows the temreture in this apartment is extremly cold regaurdless of the space heaters you have. If you plug up to many space heaters at one time they trip the circuirt box making evrything in the apartment go out. This place is really not fit for living especialy in the winter cold months.
