Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I subscribed for couple of channels with the company, all the sudden the company added more channels to my account without my consent and charged my credit card.
Since, then I tried to contact the company, but no phone number on the website and you contact only via email that looks invalid as I emailed many times with no respond.
I got a phone number but it was also phony as every time I made a call, I go through the menu and the call is disconnected.
This company is a total scam and that you need to stay away, I already filed a charge back against this scammer

Hello, I was petitioned by my spouse, who is in the military, to cancel Jump TV since he is overseas and access is denied him. So first number was 1-212-774-3700 ...called it...and they had to transfer me..when I was able to speak to a rep I got this 800#...1-877-967-3267. They informed me they could cancel. I asked about a refund and they said their statutes are 7 days after purchase...but ask anyway...you may have a special case they will work with. Hope this helps. Dawn
