I have had a juniper credit card thru Barclay Bank for some years now.I always try to send more than the minimum amount due.I have only been a couple of days late twice in the last few years and my interest rate is 29.99%.I have already contacted customer service to try to get it lowered but they will not contact me.What do I do?At this rate this card will never be paid off.
