Our experience with this place was HORRIBLE. First, they did not screw in the oil pan plug tightly enough after they did an oil change. The plug fell out and all the oil drained out of the car while driving it. We were very fortunate that the engine did not burn out. I asked the manager to pay for the new plug and the oil that we had to replace. He said, no, they'd give me a free oil change. As if I'd want them to touch my car ever again.
More to the story ... then we discovered that they tore the air boot because they handled it roughly and this cost us $130 to repair.
Finally, the office is disgusting to even be in. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Guess that should have been my warning.
