 We vacationed in Honolulu Hawaii in 2012 we were met on the street promised a gift to listen to a presentation it was for a time share we got there the next morning they put their show on so we signed a simple one page contract it stated software contract we were told upon leaving we could counsel the contract anytime within three days we called the next morning to counsel but were told we had buyers remorse and not to worry about it but we told them that we did not want the time share that was the last communication we had and now they have placed a $ 7000 collection debt on my credit there are several reports concerning just dreams so hope for a class action lawsuit.
