Just Flowers Wrong Flowers Sent , Internet

USE Just Flowers if you want them to send the wrong flowers in the wrong basket and the wrong color.

I sent flowers from United States to Canada for a funeral. Apparently they arrived but that's all that was right about the order.

After I received a thank you from my sister with an enclosed photo of them, I contacted Just Flowers. But because I couldn't contact them within 7 days of the order, they wouldn't give me any kind of adjustment on the messed-up order.

They tried to give me a coupon for my next order (that won't happen) and offered to send a letter to the party I sent flowers to (Why? Going to tell them they should have had a nicer arrangement?)

So to make me feel better, I'm warning others not to use them. Wish I had checked for reviews before I ordered.
