I ordered live rock for my aquarium two weeks ago. The website said that the merchandise was in stock and they would ship by fed ex. Because the rock is live it is usually shipped overnight or next day. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation mail that said i would receive an email when my order was shipped. After three days I received no email, so I sent them an Email enquiring about my order. When I got no response I found the phone number and called them getting an answering machine during business hours. My call was returned the next day and I was told they were out of rock but would have my shipment out by the end of the week. Two weeks have passed and they will not respond to my messages and I havet received my order.

This company is now known as www.liverockranch.com and bills under the name US Live Rock LLC. I have been having issues receiving my live rock as well. The company offers "same day air shipping", but does not ship it that way. They ship standard freight, and at the size and weight of the boxes, it simply means that your packages will be bumped from flights if there are other smaller packages that will fit better. So far, my live rock has been sitting on the dock at Atlanta, GA for 2 days waiting for a larger plane to come to Syracuse, NY. This is according to Delta Cargo.
