I ordered my blinds close to a month ago. Worried that I may have inadvertently put the wrong address on the shipping, I have tried e-mailing the company at least 4 times. Every time I have called, the phone just rings. This internet company is a total scam. Haven't heard any responses to my e-mails, no one has answered my calls, and I am now down $200!
