JustFlowers Fasle Internet advertizing, stated they serve Princeville HI. Internet

I ordered flowers online from JustFlowers.com on 8/30/07 to have flowers delivered on 9/8/07 for my mothers birthday. I was notified a day prior to the delivery of the flowers (order xxxxxxx to Jane Doe) the location was in a remote location (princeville HI. I disagree with this becuase Princeville is in HI and is not in a remote location. Princeville is one of the most popular places to go in Kauai for the resorts, beaches and golfing. I was called by someone working for Justflowers a day before delivery and they wanted an additional $21 to deliver to the aforementioned location I think this is ridiculous. After the call I asked to speak with a manager I was told they would call me back ASAP, this did not happen I did not hear from any manager on 8/7/07. (JustFlowers.com) had plenty of time to prepare for the order and to notify me if there was a problem. I chose to this business when I did a Yahoo search and this business came up 1st and on top of the list of flower delivering businesses for serving Princeville, Hi along with 25 other businesses. So I had plenty of other businesses choices to choose from specifying they served Princeville, Hi. I did recieve a call from someone I suppose from managment at 6:30PM on 9/9/07 after the delivey was supposed to have taken place. The woman left a mesasage saying she could not deliver the flowers to the location and I could cancel my order. So I returned the call, it was after hours and requested for them to cancel the order. I mentioned that I would not you their business again and would not recommend them to anyone esle.
I believe the info on the internet was False and or Faulty advertising on their part.
